I had a wonderful time last weekend at the Fabulous Mom's Expo and have not been able to shut down my brain since then! (yes, it was THAT amazing). There are so many things in the works and my website and blog have been shifted temporarily to the back burner, but do not worry.....I'll be back to posting soon AND....with an exciting new direction!! So stay tuned!!!!

Let the countdown begin
Just one week away from my 1st show of this month!!!! I have gotten so much done, but there is still TONS to do. Here are a few things that I have been up to!
A different style of necklace. These are incredibly comfortable to wear and the colors are just beautiful!
This is my newest style of Pendant Lighting. It is a hard wire pendant light and is....wait for it...COMPLETELY customizable!!!!! You heard right! I will work with you to get the perfect pattern and colors for you shade AND customize your glass pieces to create the perfect light for your home! I'm currently working on another one of these with a different style glass...will post pictures as soon as it's ready!
Bevin also creates these beautiful, one of a kind pens made from wood and acrylic. Each one is handmade and unique. A fantastic gift idea!!!

Also, I have some exciting news!!!! I have added my first additional glass artist to my shop!!
Bevin is a talented glass artist living just outside the Washington DC area. She uses a technique called fusing to create beautiful glass works of art for your home! What is fusing? It involves many steps, patience and a fabulous eye for color and design to create kiln formed glass art. The glass is fired in a kiln at varying temperatures in order to get the desired effect and shape. Here are a few of her pieces!!! She is currently working on more ideas for the shop and I can't wait to show them to you!! Also, we are collaborating to make an out of this world light fixture....stay tuned to see what amazing pieces come out of her kiln!!Introducing Bevin of Fused Pride!!!

Busy Weekend Ahead
It was a productive day at the studio today....I got lots of beads made and some new bubble beads for another pendant light that will be added to the collection soon!! Here are a few items I finished today. Hope you like :)
The first is another lamp. I LOVE this lamp...it's got funky animal print inside the shade, a wide crackle mirror finish base and is finished perfectly with crystal clear bubble beads and Swarovski crystals. I just love it :)
Next is another sample of my wall art....21 funky disk beads in different shades of browns accent one of my favorite pictures in our stairway....
These are fun! A new pair of chandelier earrings with teeny tiny turquoise glass beads.....handmade by me of course :)
