I've been busy making bubbles for new light fixtures all weekend....I think I'm done, but I may have to make more...I'll be able to tell once I start assembling it. In the meantime....here are a few new necklaces and a pair of matching earrings!!!

Something for your home.....
I finished my chandelier!!! I'm really happy with how it turned out, just wish it was easier to depict in a photo :( the first shot if from below....because that is ultimately how it will look once installed lol :) It is perfect for a cozy sitting area, bathroom or even a spacious master closet!!! The possibilities are endless really.
Next is my 3D wall art!!!! again....fighting with my camera!!! These are actually a deep and gorgeous RED even though they look black in these pictures :( Aside from how they appear in photo's I LOVE them!!!! would love to know what you think!

A few more paintings...
It was a great day at the studio today...Lots of people stopped by so I wasn't as productive as I hoped I would have been, but I had a really great time talking with everyone!! Here are a few more paintings that I finished. I love the colors in this first one...chocolate browns, soft whites with a pop of turquoise....definitely one of my favorite color combo's!!!
the colors are great in this image (still trying to get the most out of my camera), but it's a better shot showing all the beads in the painting!
I made 3 little one's that tie in the two larger paintings....they were the perfect size for one of my disk beads :)
I made lots of more disk beads today and hope to get the first of my 3D architectural elements up this weekend so I can post pictures to get your feedback!! My hubby doesn't know it yet, but one of those architectural details is going up in our house :)

Tons of ideas, not nearly enough time!!
My brain has been going a million miles a minute lately....it's exhausting trying to keep up, but I'm having lots of fun trying :)
Here are the pictures I promised...this gives you a small idea of how scatter brained I've been...it's been going a million miles a minute and in completely different directions lol!
First is my Chandelier.....it is not finished (I'm waiting for my shipment of Swarovski crystals which should be here today!! yay!!!) It's about 1/3 way finished and I'm already thinking of the next one....this time black frame and clear and white beads.....the possibilities are really endless with these and I can't seem to make the beads fast enough to get them put together :) This one will have at least 33 glass beads and I haven't counted the crystals yet....would love to know what you think!
I've also been busy making more jewelry (I keep having to remind myself that I have 2, TWO!!! shows coming up in less than a month!!!!) I have a bunch of beads patiently waiting on me to do something with at the studio too.....ugghhh...there's just not enough time in my day!
I'm loving this turquoise color and every time I make a piece with these colors I tell myself I have to make one for me too!!
Here is what I spent all of Tuesday working on.....I have this great idea in my mind of an architectural - 3D design for your home with my disk beads......think meandering pathway/design along a long wall in your home or office or along a spiral staircase of tons of glass disk beads in different sizes.....I already know how I will package them...in different numbers...you can buy a set of 3 all the way up to 300 (ha!) and with each package I will include a few pictures of ideas on how to put them up....WELL, I was talking with my husband about my this and he can't wrap his head around people being able to put them up himself (he has no idea how creative you all are) and he was trying his best to convince me that I should have them already put together somehow on a board and my customers just buy the board and hang it up.....I proceeded to tell him that was really boring - so he suggested that I paint the board to make it more interesting....well, this sparked a great idea!!! Put my glass disks in a painting....now, this has been done before.... and it's really a creative way to incorporate your glass beads into a different medium!! So I got to thinking and decided to try it with flowers because I just love the abstract paintings that are popular right now with poppies and this is what I came up with......
I already have another idea for chocolaty browns and blues with tiny white disk beads as flowers....again...there is just not enough time in the day....not to mention my body is screaming at me for sitting on my hardwood floor all day yesterday painting. Note to self, use the easels you have in your studio!!!
Oh, and don't think I forgot about my architectural 3D design idea.....look for those to be pictured soon :)

Learning New Toys - Not so much fun
It was one of those weekends....you know...the kind where you feel like your just running around in circles and not much is done. Friday was awesome and I got so much accomplished...that's about where it ended. I knew Saturday would pretty much be a wash because Scott was out of town and I had tons to do with my daughter, but Sunday was supposed to be another productive day .... Let's just say it started with my camera breaking....and went down hill from there....long story short, I guess the good news is I have a new camera??? It was money I was not planning on spending, but I have to have a camera. Needless to say I do like the camera, but as you can tell from the pictures below we have a lot of "getting to know each other" to do :( It's really nice and has some awesome features, I just have to figure those features out grrrrrr and no time to do it :(
Oh the joy of learning new technology.....it can only get better from here right?? We shall see....here are pictures from "new camera" day 2 (day 1 was a nightmare and those pictures will not be used in these postings thank you very much! - mainly because I can't open the darned things on my computer!!!)
